Our client was looking to acquire new leads for their business at a low cost—but without giving services away for free to every single lead that opted in. Our solution was to build a lead generation campaign centered around a contest for ONE person to win a free month of membership (valued over $150).
Each lead would then enter an indoctrination series email campaign to introduce them to the community, and the studio sales staff would follow-up to offer a trip-wire offer designed to get them in the studio for a few classes (and eventually convert them to a monthly membership).
Memberships conversions from the qualified leads resulted in a 40X RoAS
Offer was repeated a second time with an even lower Cost per Lead than the first campaign.
