This is a paid internship. Compensation may be negotiated based on experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You’re obsessed with all things marketing and eCommerce: branding, social, email, strategy, analytics, etc. and you’re looking for an environment that gives you an opportunity to learn, work with real clients, and kickstart your career in the digital/social/tech world. You have great people skills and already have some experience in digital marketing etc. from personal projects or other work positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under supervision, marketing interns at Kintsugi Digital have an opportunity to work on a variety of client projects. Therefore, your responsibilities include assisting with planning, overseeing, and reporting on eCommerce marketing strategies executed by the agency. You'll work directly with a Project Manager to ensure work exceeds client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include: content planning, collaborating with graphic designers, writing copy, building client emails, etc. Monthly, you'll participate in calls to review key success metrics with clients.
While plenty of your work can be done remotely, you'll enjoy the flexibility of our space at WeWork (great coffee, dog friendly, and modern office vibes). You'll frequently meet with internal team members to discuss strategy, tasks, etc. and will be directly responsible for fielding weekly client requests. In addition to your work responsibilities, you'll receive weekly training on all things eCommerce.
REQUIREMENTS:
Can commit to at least 12 hours per week to the job.
Must be able to commute to our office at WeWork - Clearfork (Fort Worth, TX).
Experience contributing to marketing initiatives for brands or personal endeavors.
Own a laptop that can be used in meetings and remotely to complete tasks.
Enrolled in an a relevant college program or has serious entrepreneurial street creds.
Hardcore hustler with the ability to take direction and thrive with minimal guidance.
Impeccable grammar and great written and presentation communication skills.
Visually-oriented (graphic design chops are a bonus)
