ASHER is a golf lifestyle brand—born in 2009 with a desire to provide the industry something that it lacked: high-quality golf gloves with a little added flavor and style. The company has built a significant wholesale business over the past several years and turned their focus to the direct-to-consumer channel in 2020—faced with the challenge of a pandemic.
When we began working with ASHER in Q4, it quickly became clear that their internal marketing team was doing a lot of things really well. They had a high-converting website with beautiful static/video content refreshed monthly—ideal for us!
However, on the back-end, there were several opportunities to improve. Important advertising data wasn't being tracked, ads were running for out-of-stock products, and budgets were being spent without proper targeting exclusions.
After an in-depth audit, we worked with ASHER's team to establish RoAS targets based on profitability goals and unit economics. This laid the groundwork for a total restructuring of the ad account, build for true scale heading into 2021.
