This is a part-time, contract position. Compensation is based on work load and in some cases, may be based on performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You’re obsessed and experienced in working with eCommerce businesses and you’re looking for a part-time opportunity. You love working with people and have strong customer service skills and industry knowledge that will enable you to act as a perfect liaison between clients and internal/external teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Account Director, your responsibilities include planning, overseeing, and reporting on eCommerce marketing strategies executed by the agency. You'll work directly with a Project Manager to ensure work exceeds client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring our creative team output aligns with strategic plans. Monthly, you'll organize and participate in calls to review key success metrics with clients.
While plenty of your work can be done remotely, you'll enjoy the flexibility of our space at WeWork—complimentary with all the coffee (and booze) you could want. You'll frequently meet with internal team members to discuss strategy, tasks, etc. and will be directly responsible for fielding weekly client requests.
Can commit to at least 15-20 hours per week to the opportunity.
Must be able to commute to our office at WeWork - Clearfork in Fort Worth, TX.
Experience managing marketing initiatives for eCommerce businesses.
Own a laptop that can be used in meetings and remotely to complete tasks.
Graduate of a relevant college program or has serious entrepreneurial street creds.
Hardcore hustler with the ability to take direction and thrive with minimal guidance.
Impeccable grammar and advanced written and presentation communication skills
